Home practice

Now that the new shala is up and running, I only have one home practice day per week (used to be two). So this morning, it was all about hip flexors and lumbar/thoracic opening. Thanks, Linda, for sharing your home practice routine.

At the end, I figured out how to use the lower ropes of the rope wall to hold the backs of my thighs for dropbacks. Dropped back to the folded crash pad a number of times. Will slowly reduce the number of folds in the crash pad and work my way away from the support of the ropes. At which point, dropbacks ought to be… well, I was going to say “easy,” but let’s just go with “do-able.”
