Quantum dreams

Woke up dreaming I was drinking coffee. Oh, and that I was using rock climbing techniques to climb into a fighter jet high off the ground. But that’s neither here nor there. The funny part was that I don’t think I’ve ever dreamt of drinking coffee before.

Pulling the string that unravels this totally innocuous habit is quite interesting. If karma is simply the habits of one’s mind, the little caffeine-removal experiment that I’m conducting really illustrates how deeply habits go, and how elusively they reside in consciousness. Slippery. Like particles and waves that would hardly register as matter.

  1. Okay, I’m following your coffee-less experiences closely. I have taken the first step and admitted that I have a problem with coffee. We’ll see about the next step!
